MG GLOBALMED CONNECT LIMITED (“MG Global Connect Zambia”) is an independent, non-exclusive health-tourism representative for Acıbadem Healthcare Group (Türkiye). We are not a hospital and do not provide medical advice.

• Payments: All medical service fees are paid directly to Acıbadem at the hospital cashier or other official Acıbadem channels, before treatment begins. We will never ask you to pay by phone call, WhatsApp, Mobile Money, or to any personal/third-party account.
• No agent fees from patients: MG Global Connect does not charge patients any “agent/processing/facilitation” fee for medical services. Any representative fee—if applicable—is settled between Acıbadem and MG Global Connect, not by patients.
• Possible extra procedures: If Acıbadem physicians determine additional procedures are needed beyond the initial plan, the hospital will inform you of any extra cost. Such amounts must be settled with Acıbadem before discharge.
• Medical independence: All clinical decisions are made solely by Acıbadem physicians. Neither MG Global Connect nor the patient may interfere with the medical services or outcomes.
• Service commencement: If required hospital payments are not made to Acıbadem, treatment may not start or may be paused according to hospital policy.
• Privacy: Your personal information is shared only with Acıbadem teams involved in your care and handled under strict confidentiality and data-protection standards. We do not sell personal data.
• Anti-bribery: We prohibit any gifts or payments intended to improperly influence services. Do not offer or accept bribes. Report concerns immediately through the official channels below.
• Scope of our role: We provide information, coordination, and support across the patient journey. We are a representative—not a partner or affiliate—of Acıbadem.
• Non-medical services: Travel, visas, accommodation, and personal expenses are not medical services and are excluded unless explicitly stated in writing.
