These Terms of Use govern your use of the MG GlobalMed Connect website and services. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

MG GlobalMed Connect is a registered Zambian company acting as an official international medical referral agent. We coordinate introductions, travel, visas, accommodation, and follow-up between patients in Zambia and hospitals in our referral network abroad, currently Acıbadem and Medicana in Türkiye.

We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. All medical care is provided solely by the treating hospital, under its own professional and legal responsibility. Please see our Medical Disclaimer.

MG GlobalMed Connect is the trading name of MG GLOBALMED CONNECT LIMITED, a private company limited by shares registered in Zambia (Company Registration No. 120251030873, TPIN 2003994767), with its registered address at Plot 22275, New Kasama, Lusaka, Zambia.

Using Our Website and Enquiry Form

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us, and not to submit medical records, scans, test results, or other clinical information through our website, email, or WhatsApp — see our Privacy Policy for why.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No Guarantee of Treatment or Outcome

Making an enquiry does not guarantee that treatment will be available, that a hospital will accept your case, or any particular medical outcome. Referral, treatment, and outcomes are entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the treating hospital and its clinicians.

Fees and Costs

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, MG GlobalMed Connect is not liable for the acts, omissions, or medical outcomes of any hospital, clinician, airline, accommodation provider, or other third party we help coordinate with. Our role is limited to coordination and logistics support.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including text, images, and logos — belongs to MG GlobalMed Connect or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
